Evanston Park is one of our larger facilities providing 100 individually air-conditioned single rooms in modern, spacious surroundings. Evanston Park is innovative in its approach and was chosen as the first facility to roll out Eldercare’s new Dementia Excellence Program. Evanston Park has landscaped gardens, some of which have raised gardens beds for resident use through our gardening program, a gazebo area for BBQs and family functions and an abundance of outdoor seating. The facility features enclosed courtyard gardens as well as serene water features. Our expansive first floor balcony, with views of the Hills, is used during weekly ‘happy hours’ and for regular social barbeques. Residents in our specialist memory unit enjoy a secure sensory garden. Meals are cooked on-site daily by a chef.
