In accordance with the Associations & Incorporation’s Act 1985, the Gawler Business Development Group Inc. AGM will be held on Tuesday 21st November 2023.
Nominations for Board positions close Monday 23rd October 2023
Chairperson – term of position 2 years Nov 2023 – Nov 2025
Deputy Chairperson – vacancy to fill current position to – Nov 2024
Public Officer – term of position 2 years Nov 2023 – Nov 2025
General Board Members x 6 – 4 x term of position 2 years and 2 x vacancy to fill current position to Nov 2024
Appointments to the Board will be subject to each nominee providing an acceptable and current criminal history check/police clearance to GBDG.
Board members are required to commit to attending Board meetings, attend GBDG events and abide by the adopted Constitution and Rules of the Association.
