We provide employment services under the Australian Government’s Disability Employment Services (DES) and jobactive programs. We empower job seekers to find meaningful work and become self-sufficient and we help employers to find the right staff by understanding their needs and providing them with workers from diverse backgrounds. Each year, our passionate and skilled staff assist over 10,000 people into jobs and support services across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. Our employment services are cost-free to eligible job seekers and employers. Since 2001, we have invested $3.5 million of our funds into innovative projects to support the most disadvantaged in our community including people with disability, mental illness, youth, refugees and Indigenous communities. WISE Employment also operates three socially-inclusive social enterprises, currently employing approximately 100 people. Since 1992, we have been empowering job seekers and employers.
