Come and train like the stars at F45 Training. THE SIMPLE CONCEPT The concept is simple: our studio offers a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for our studio members. F45 have developed 27 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. Our studio offers the same class at different times throughout the day. Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.

Murray Street Medical is an appointment-based clinic; however, we do accept walk-in patients in cases of genuine emergency and when availability allows. Appointments can be made by calling the practice from 8:30 am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 9am – 1pm or alternatively 24/7 by using our on-line appointment system. Murray Street Medical is a private billing practice with a consultation Gap of $15 for all standard consultations, fees are payable in full at the time of consultation by cash, eftpos or credit card. Doctors bulk bill patients entitled to Veteran Gold Card, Health Care and Pension cards or those aged 16 years or under. Private fees apply for all patients for the following type of consultation: 1.
