The Terrace Function Centre is a purpose built modern event space set amongst gorgeous rose gardens and stunning views. Making the most of its custom made floor to ceiling glass frontage, the Terrace Function Centre opens up to views of the racecourse and the foothills of Gawler – the perfect backdrop for any occasion. With no minimum spends or numbers and our room hire fees include all the basics you would need we can cater for almost any budget. Our dedicated Function Coordinators will work with you to ensure that your specific and individual requirements are looked after and your event runs smoothly. The Terrace Function Centre has the potential to cater anywhere from 20 to 250 guests for a sit-down function and up to 1500 for a cocktail function. Our packages are flexible and we will do everything we possibly can to accommodate your requirements for your occasion.

The Bunyip, one of SA’s oldest newspapers, was founded in 1863. It is published every Wednesday circulating in the Council areas of Gawler, Barossa, Light, Playford, Wakefield, Mallala and Clare & Gilbert Valleys. The Bunyip, based in Gawler, is growing rapidly as the district experiences a massive population and housing boom. Favoured by city commuters, Gawler boasts “the best of town and country”. The Gawler region retains its country feel, with a wide spread farming community and is the gateway town to the famous Barossa Valley wine region, also experiencing huge growth. A focus on equine-related pursuits, including thoroughbred racing, harness racing and leisure based activities on local hobby farms, complements the many sporting clubs.
