At ADS we promote and encourage self confidence to enhance each students talent to the best of their ability, whether for fun or the more serious student. We provide exams for Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop from Beginners to Advanced Solo Seal. Other classes provided are Musical Theatre, Stretch and Strengthening, and Competition Work. Our students also have the opportunity to dance in our Annual Concerts, do dance workshops with visiting professionals and compete in competitions. Principal Teacher & Studio Director Alana Coleman has over 40yrs experience in dance. Coming from a background of extensive tuition and owner of the Coleman Academy of Dance for 10 years in Sydney, moved to Adelaide bringing her knowledge and skills to open her studio in Gawler. The studio has won many competitions Awards- Champion School, Soloists and Solo Dance Championships. Alana’s Dance Studio follows the innovative and comprehensive Ballet Australasia Syllabus that provides Examinations in Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, National Character, Irish and Highland.
