18:00 – 20:00 Welcome, Children & Pre Carols Entertainment,
20:00 – 22:00 Main Concert
There will be Santa with photos, face painting and catering supplied by local community clubs.
An evening of Christmas themed excitement.
You will be allocated a 3×3 metre site. If you require additional space, please contact us at [email protected] – there will be additional charges for a larger site.
You will need to provide your own marque – all marques must be appropriately weighted (pegs are not allowed)

If you do not have insurance, you will need to provide a copy of your insurance policy prior to the event. Stall holder insurance can be obtained online (do not buy until we confirm your site) at http://www.mymarketinsurance.com.au/
At the event you will need to supply:-
Own 3m x 3m marquee cover with tie off weights (no pegs)
Any tables / furniture inside marquee
Own power / lighting (none supplied by venue) Generators are not allowed due to noise (unless the true silent type)
No Catering style stalls will be accepted
