Zap gyms have only the very latest cardio and strength training equipment and functional fitness zones. Our cardio range features treadmills, cross-trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, climbers and rowers – all with built-in TV screens, internet connections and virtual reality options. There’s also a large free weight area; strength training machines; Express Circuit; and generous Core on the Floor section for stretching, abdominals and balance.
