Voting is now open for the 2024 Gawler Business Awards.

Do you know a Town of Gawler business that you think deserves to be recognised at the 2024 Gawler Business Awards? Do you think your own business deserves to be recognised?

Nominate them for a Gawler Business Award now!

Perhaps you’ve had an amazing experience of customer service or are impressed with a business providing exceptional quality products or services. 

Or you think a local business should be recognised for its outstanding commitment to the local community? Whatever you think, we want to know who these businesses are!

There are three business award categories for 2024.

  1. Commitment to Community Award
  2. Customer Service Award
  3. Quality of Products or Services Award

Each vote must provide a testimonial to validate the vote. After voting closes, the 3 businesses that receive the highest votes in each category, will become finalists. The Board then use the testimonials that are supplied, to decide the winner of each award category. Your name and email are required in the voting form only for verification of the vote, we will not store beyond the award nomination period, nor use your details for anything other than the verification of your vote.

A description of each award and things to consider including as part of your testimonial can also be found below each award. Remember, the testimonials will be used by the Business Gawler board to ultimately determine the winners.

  • Participation: Actively takes part in local events and initiatives.
  • Support: Contributes to local charities, community and sporting groups.
  • Testimonials: Provide a testimonial (compulsory)

2024 Gawler Business Awards – Customer Service Award

  • Response Time: Quickly and effectively addresses customer inquiries and issues.
  • Quality of Service: Delivers excellent service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Personalization: Provides tailored and attentive service to meet individual customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Effectively resolves customer problems and turns complaints into positive experiences.
  • Testimonials: Provide a testimonial (compulsory)
