In accordance with the Associations & Incorporation’s Act 1985, the Gawler Business Development Group Inc. AGM will be held on Tuesday 15th November 2022.
Nominations for Board positions close 7 business days prior to AGM on the 4th November 2022. All members of the Gawler Business Development Group are invited to the AGM, however registration is essential.
(Only registered attendees will be permitted entry due seating availability. You are a member of the GBDG if you own a commercial space or operate a business from a commercial space within the Town of Gawler council area, or if you pay a fee to be a voluntary member.)
Positions to become vacant:
Deputy Chairperson – term of position 2 years Nov 2022 – Nov 2024
Treasurer – term of position 2 years Nov 2022 – Nov 2024
General Board Members x 4 – term of position 2 years Nov 2022 – Nov 2024
To be a successful nominee you must provide a current Police Clearance, have no recorded convictions, commit to attending Board meetings, attend GBDG events and abide by the adopted Rules of the Association.
