The 2024 #shopgawler competition is almost here!

shopgawler competition TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The promoter is Gawler Business Development Group, trading as Business Gawler, whose registered office is at 89-91 Murray St Gawler SA 5118. The competition is open to residents of Australia except Board Members and Contractors of Gawler Business Development Group. A minimum of a $20 purchase is necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Multiple entries from the same person are permitted (one per transaction) Closing date for entry will be 29th November 2024. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Winners will be notified by contact information provided. Winners will have 14 days to claim prize, or another winner may be drawn. If you are unable to collect the prize in person, you will be responsible for shipping and handling. If prize is accepted, it is as is. No alterations or modifications. Personal details and contact information will not be sold or distributed and will be destroyed after collection of all prizes. We reserve the right to use your photo and name in marketing materials and on various social media platforms.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Business Gawler. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
