The 2023 #shopgawler competition is almost here!
13th – 30th November. Spend $20 or more in one transaction in any of the participating businesses, to go into the draw to win some awesome prizes.
shopgawler competition TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter is Gawler Business Development Group whose registered office is at 89-91 Murray St Gawler SA 5118. The competition is open to residents of Australia except Board Members and Contractors of Gawler Business Development Group. A minimum of a $20 purchase in one transaction at a participating business, during the campaign dates, is necessary to enter this competition. Multiple entries from the same person are permitted (one per transaction). Closing date for entry will be 30th November 2023. No responsibility can be accepted for invalid entries or entries not received for whatever reason. An invalid entry form is one that has not been validated by the participating business or is dated outside of campaign dates. Winners will be notified by contact information provided. All prizes are non-transferrable, nor redeemable for cash. Winners will be drawn at random on 4th December 2023. Winners will be notified by the provided contact information. Winners will have 14 days to claim prize, or another winner may be drawn. If you are unable to collect the prize in person, you will be responsible for shipping and handling. If prize is accepted, it is as is. No alterations or modifications. Personal details and contact information will not be sold or distributed and will be destroyed after collection of all prizes. We reserve the right to use your photo and name in marketing materials and on various social media platforms.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Gawler Business Development Group Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
