I have always had a keen interest in health and wellbeing, not only for myself but also for those around me.
My journey first began when I was around 3 years of age, with my passion for gardening, which came from grandparents on both sides. To this day, my enthusiasm for gardening and nutritious food is as strong as ever and I am pleased to be able to offer my clients the opportunity to purchase my organically grown fruit, herbs and vegetables at affordable prices.
Over the years my curiosity in health, fitness, wellbeing and helping others has seen me undertake training and work in various modalities.
I trained as a Fitness Instructor in 2005 and still get real joy out of teaching, especially aqua aerobics.
In early 2012 I began my journey in Hawaiian Bodywork with an opportunity from Kara at Inspired Flow in Sydney as well as training and ongoing support from Ho’okahi Tamara, (training facilitator at Nā Pua Olohe). Ho’okahi Tamara, wife and student of Kahu Abraham Kawai’i who was a Hawaiian Kahuna (Native Hawaiian Spiritual Practitioner).
My perception and awareness has evolved in ways I would have never considered possible from this training and I am privileged to be able to offer this unique and holistic style of massage to the Gawler area.
I am currently studying Nutrition and Dietetic Assistance and hope that with my broad knowledge base I will be able to assist you on many different levels.
To restore, inspire and promote balance and wellbeing in the body, mind and soul of each and every client. I pride myself on treating each of my clients with respect, integrity and compassion.
My aim is to make you feel comfortable without the rush that today’s daily constraints impose upon each and every one of us.
By doing so I hope you are able to ‘let go’ of the old and be ready to embrace the ‘new you’.
