I’m Latvian and favour Latvian-style food, although I do have an international repertoire.

Brought up in Australia in a Latvian home eating Latvian foods. I enjoy cooking all sorts of foods and when vegetables and fruit is in season like to pickle vegetables and make jams. Over the years I have sold my jars of relish and marmalades at fairs, selling out usually within an hour. I provide a “dip & taste” prior to purchase.

My husband is an organic gardener and every summer provides me with tomatoes for my relish-making and herbs. I don’t use commercially available preservatives and prefer natural preservatives such as vinegar and salt.
