Classes:

Body Sculpting– 9.30am Monday

Non-aerobic, muscle toning class, usually focused on core strength. Most sculpturing classes use weight bars, exercise bands, dumb bells or a combination.

Fitball Core- 6.30pm Monday

Whether you’re going for the ‘6 pack’ or looking redefine your waste line, this class is quick and effective abdominal workout full of innovative exercises designed to promote core stability, all whilst balancing on a fitball.

Circuit Strength- 6.00pm Tuesday

A class designed to improve functional, everyday movements.  Targeting the whole body through a mix of barbell, bodyweight and core exercises.

Fat Burner- 6.00pm Wednesday

A high intensity class involving a variety of compound exercises, equipment and circuits aiming to burn away that unwanted fat in a fun group environment.

Yoga- 6.30pm Thursday

A relaxing physical, mental and spiritual discipline, utilizing slow movements for stretching, for increased flexibility and balance, that leads to inner peace, tranquillity and overall health and well being.

Tummy, Bums & Thighs- 9.30am Friday

A class designed to target those problem areas. Tightening your bum, toning your tummy and sculpting those thighs.

Boxing $10 each- 5.30pm Monday, 9.30am Thursday & 8.30am Saturday

Boxing Classes are one of the most effective methods to lose weight, tone muscles and build strength. Classes involve mainly boxing combinations, cardio drills and specific boxing exercises. This class is designed for beginner to advanced levels of fitness. Workout includes using upper and lower body and is great for anyone wanting to increase their cardio vascular fitness and lose those unwanted kilos.
